REALLY hoping to lose a pound or two this week - if successful it would be my first GENUINE weight loss for the year. So far I've only lost the lbs I've gained back, I suppose that counts for something but it's not really what I had in mind. I put in some time on the treadmill last night but probably overate, so the fact that I'm maintaining 144.5 is kind of amazing. Today I'll try tracking & holding the calories down a bit, fingers crossed!
