I haven't been able to be on FS. I have missed my FS Buddies though.The last month is a blur... Being a best friend to my Ogre as he goes through the grieving process after his mother's passing at the end of last month.
I have not been good, I have been going without eating all day, then overeating at dinner, and sweets after dinner. But, today I feel that I am finally emotionally feeling better about myself and made it through the day treating my body good.
So here's to starting over again. Still doing WW. My eldest daughter Jessica (with a thyroid prob) has done so well. She has lost 20 lbs in 2 months. But, she is very active including doing Dance 4 on the Wii. Haaaa... I could barely make it through 1 dance, and her and her kidlings can dance all day long every weekend!
