점심을 낙지볶음으로 많이 먹어서 배가 안고프더군요. 요렇게 먹으니 하루치가 2000kcal로 딱 맞게 떨어졌습니다.

요즘 수돗물을 끓여서 보리차 티백을 우려서 마십니다.
