Well this weekend was definitely difficult. I knew it would be since my boyfriend was coming up to visit. But I was really proud of myself for not pigging out and vegging all weekend. I had saved up my weekly points for this weekend and I didn't even come close to using them up. We were going to go to Red Lobster, but after seeing how much fat (9g) was in one cheddar biscuit we decided to make our own seafood feast at home. I had grilled shrimp and scallops with zucchini and onions and we even made our own low-fat cheddar biscuits. They were only 3 grams of fat instead of 9! I think I can make this work and the first test will be on Wednesday when I weigh in. Does anyone have any tips for low point snacks?

Lots of great choice for low point snack, besides the obvious fruits and veggies. I sometimes eat popcorn or small bowl of cereal for a snack. Another choice would be snack bars that are only 100 calories. I am all about fast and easy for snacks. Good job on your home cooking.

I like weight watchers yogurt with fruit and a little skim milk. Blend it up and yum...yum...yum...

I am a junkfood junkie, I love sweets-that's a problem. But a couple snacks I found to be helpful are M&M Kudos bar- 2pts, frozen fudge bar 2pts. and fatfree sugar free chocolate pudding- yum. I will often eat cereal as a snack as well.
