Hello, I am 23 and a recent college grad. I've been at about 192 (I'm 5'8'') for the past 3 years. Being in college and working all the time hardly left room for being healthy. I would love to get down to the weight I was 7 years ago when I was a junior in high school. Which was about 145-150 lbs and I wore a size 7/8. I'm in sizes 12-14 at the moment. I've been trying to lose weight on my own for the past month by working out alone and have lost 9 lbs so far. I think it is time to integrate a diet program to see if I get even better results!!
