Hello, I am 23 and a recent college grad. I've been at about 192 (I'm 5'8'') for the past 3 years. Being in college and working all the time hardly left room for being healthy. I would love to get down to the weight I was 7 years ago when I was a junior in high school. Which was about 145-150 lbs and I wore a size 7/8. I'm in sizes 12-14 at the moment. I've been trying to lose weight on my own for the past month by working out alone and have lost 9 lbs so far. I think it is time to integrate a diet program to see if I get even better results!!

I hope I don't get in trouble for this, but you can kind of cheat the weight watchers program if you think you can do it alone. Weight watchers had a free 1 week trial online, and then you get charged the monthly fee, etc. So what I did was signed up for the trial, found out how much my points would be at my current weight, then 10 lbs lighter, then again until my goal weight. You can easily find out point values online. I honestly don't think you should have to pay to want to lose weight. I think going to meetings is probably a good idea, but we'll see how well I can do on my own at first.
