Saltwater Girl's Journal, 26 February 2020

Sorry, my fellow weight watchers. I have been flat as a strap and totally slack this is the first day in about a week or two that I have recorded my food and exercise diary. But I am back on track. I have been pretty up see-sawing between 119-121. I am currently at start weight at 120kg and steady. I am going to start going back to the gym twice a week to do some rowing, walking machine and some of those exercise apparatus. I think I need to ramp up my exercise a bit. Still on my supplements from Elite Sups and from Garcinia Cambogia and my carbohydrate metabolizer capsule from the chemist. I have also discovered Peter's Lactose-Free Creamy (it really is) icecream. OMG, this stuff is to die for and very low in sugar. I tried soy icecream it's ok but I prefer the Lactose free. Peter's also do a low sugar ice cream but really there is ef-all calories in this really delicious and creamy dessert. I know it probably isn't for everyone but it will suit most peeps.
