Thank you for the inspiration !!! This afternon I roasted a batch of chick peas for tonight movie night snack. Sauteed kale and onion for dinner as a side dish and baked winter squash in a quiche kinda thing with egg, oatmeal, flax seed, korean chili paste, brown sugar topped with panko. It is in the oven now.... This was all off the cuff based on your post !! I had everything in my pantry and fridge and your post helped me pull this together today.
