body fat at 19.1%
13.5kg bodyfat


Before I had 14.3kg.

tracking well.

everything I eat has less than 10g carbs per serve.
need to goto the gym asap tho.. haven't been for two weeks, just being working out at home
155.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
