I followed Keto better today, but changed my eating to fit circumstances. Hubby cooked a delicious vegetable hamburger soup for supper, but I managed to restrain myself to one bowl, and added Greek yogurt with blueberries and slivered almonds to the plan. I have drunk 9 glasses of green tea today. It is getting easier to rein in the appetite, especially if I'm busy. Today I spent two hours at the library showing kids how to build a lighthouse with LED light as a STEM activity. Then I came home and cleaned out my desk, trashing and burning stuff I didn't need.
