8hunter6's Journal, 20 February 2020

So... I've been eyeballing my measurements and tonight I realized how I'm pretty terrible at it.

I thought I had 24 oz of chicken... could you imagine eating 24 oz of chicken? You'd die. Lol

So ..... I after I saw the calories I was like.... maybe I should weigh the chicken and then I saw it was still a lot... 8 oz... but not 24 hilarious ounces....

What is wrong with my head lmao

This explains why A) I'm hungry. And B) why I've been doing so well ..

Also, here's my dinner companion

Our perceptions of how much we eat are very unreliable. Weighing what you eat is a great way to teach your mind to recognize what an acceptable portion is.
