How do I get more fiber without the carbs? Trying to increase protein, decrease carbs.

My limited understanding is increasing vegetables, legumes, and fruits. This was advice given from my original wellness plan which included a Certified Dietician. There are various web sites where you can grade your choices for high fiber.

Yes legumes are high in fiber, so are apples. Go to choose my plate.gov they should have a list of all the foods in the various categories.

Veggies are definitely the way to go. My favorite is baby spinach.
