Today is my husbands bday.. so we're hitting a Korean Restaurant tonight.. i'll be alloting about 700 or so calories for my dinner.. i really want to try to keep with the 1200 calories for the rest of this week b/c of how much i ate this weekend... but i def want to enjoy myself!.. 700 cals should be plenty!

Bib bim bap.......with chicken is AWESOME.....Great planning. I am planning all my meals I am so excited I can eat in less than 48 hours...well not eat but I wont be drinking this lemonade. Have fun with the Korean food!!!

lol... my bestfriend is half korean and when i'd go to his house i would DESTROY some korean food.. i LOVE kimchi, i love japchae.. i love it all.. so this will be a true test of will power..lol.. besides the sodium at least a good chunk of the korean food i like is veggies :)

lol... i thru that calorie count on the flo and i stomped that b**ch..lol.. i normally can remember everything i ate and estimate.. i ate so many diff things and so much that i didn't even try lol.. if i lose weight this week it will be a miracle!... lol..
