Well haven’t lost any weight following keto diet , I skipped a lot of the meals though as I’m to full to eat three a day maybe that’s why my weight isn’t shifting getting frustrated, I’ve also realised that all the coffees and cappuccinos I’ve being having are a lot of calories I’ve switch to almond milk let’s hope the scales start shifting,

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 February 2020:
1556 kcal Fat: 102.43g | Prot: 79.13g | Carb: 93.12g.   Breakfast: Blueberries , Lucky Macadamias, Woolworths Natural Greek Style Yoghurt. Lunch: McDonald's Latte with Milk (Standard), McDonald's Cappuccino with Milk (Standard), Coles Tasty Cheddar Shredded, Mushrooms , Capsicum, Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg with Ham or Bacon. Dinner: Woolworths Tuna in Oil, Coles Tasty Cheddar Shredded, Pura Thickened Cream, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Cauliflower . Snacks/Other: Woolworths Sweet & Salty Popcorn. more...

Hey, I’m doing Keto also. I’ve only lost 2kgs but I know I’ve lost more in inches. I wish I’d taken my measurements when I started! Keep going, I’m sure you’ll get results soon 😊🙋🏽‍♀️
