What a GREAT day...Goal #1 Completed. That goal was to weight less than one of my co-workers, and today I did it!!!
I'm still feeling great and have followed everything 100%.
I'm going on vacation in less than a month, I am determined to add some exercise to my daily routine...that is the one thing I am struggling with...
