I am one powerful woman! I'm a survivor of my own war!
Tell myself that my body is mine and not to compare it to anyone elses.
So what I have a few rolls, dimples where they should not be! It's my body!
Reaffirmed yesterday that a couple guys still think I'm sexy.

What I see in the mirror is only my physical being and has nothing to do with my inner strength or what I constantly battle.

Yep it's an insightful day... Good conversations with a few friends does the soul good..

Question: would you rather be remember because of your outward thinness? Or the beauty and strength of you soul that you shared freely?

Remember even the thin people have aspects on their bodies that they hate. Every person is bound to find something that they consider an imperfection. We must learn to appreciate our bodies as they are. Sure we can strive to make them stronger or healthier. If we hate them during the entire process it brings about negative feelings, which in turn usually brings about binges, lack of motivation, or just plain giving up. No matter what your body looks like, someone out there will love it, even if you don't. There are people that favor thicker people, there are people that prefer thin, there are people that like short hair, and some that like long…etc. Looks may help catch the first glimpse, but personality will always capture the heart :)
