Dear Diary,
I did not get on the treadmill today; I was working too hard doing other things - like cleaning and organizing the garage (not a little thing, since my garage is a 60 ft X 100 ft. gymnasium), loading 100+ pound sheet goods and moving them to my workshop downstairs in the school, assembling a portable crane, and just preparing a work zone to change out the transmission in my step-daughter's car. I am whooped. And I actually ate pretty reasonable also. I'm not logging any exercise, but I'm sure I burned a lot more calories than what I would have with 30 minutes on the treadmill. My friend is going to help me load up her car on the trailer and put her in the gym tomorrow. It will probably be a couple days before I get the new transmission, so I'll probably be working on cabinets tomorrow evening. Looking forward to Monday so I can go back to work and get some rest. :)
