A fairly victorious day today. No binging. We did stop at MacDonalds after church, but I got a McWrap grilled chicken and ranch. It was pretty good, but I think the wrap was supposed to cover the whole thing. By the time I got half-way done with it, there wasn't any wrap left - basically a salad in the rest of the box. That would have been all right if they had given me a fork. I looked like a two year old tackling the rest of the sandwich. Guess I could have asked for a fork, but I knew I was going to get on the treadmill tonight, and I didn't want to overdo the walking by going back up to the counter. :)

Anyway, got my step-daughter's car unloaded and in the gym where it will wait until I can pick up the transmission. I have a friend who has done this job on the same kind of car before, and he is going to help me, so it should go pretty smoothly. fingers crossed. I don't want to make a career out of working on her car.

Back to work tomorrow, and hopefully some much needed rest. After the last couple of weekends of either fighting floods or preparing for them, both at home and at work, and busting a** at home this weekend, I'm ready for a vacation. Oh wait; I work the hardest on vacation. Oh, never mind. Rain has quit, and this afternoon was really nice. I think you guys on the east coast are going to get this now. Good luck. Well, need my beauty sleep. Night all!

Congrats on the good food choices. I haven't tried one of their full size wraps yet so thanks for the tip - because when I do I'll be sure to get a fork. And maybe some extra napkins as well! As for your vacation - men like you have different methods of relaxation (I am married to your twin).
