Are you tracking all your food (those bites, licks and tastes add up)? Are you drinking water/liquids (to flush out sodium)? Are you getting enough lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies (sometimes it's about "what" you eat and not just "how much")? Are you eating too many processed foods (they contain a lot of sodium and can make you retain water)? Are you being honest with yourself about your food intake? Try a week of being really diligent with your food. Eat really healthy, get in your exercise. You may have to play around with calories till you find what works for you. Zig zagging caloric intake can help too (high and lower days). For example (1300, 1400, 1500, 1300, etc). Good luck!

Well I do think you are right; Too much processed food. I really have been diligent the last couple of weeks. I don't seem to have the puffiness.
I have also upped my exercise and changed it. We will see. Thanks for the reply.

I already zig zag on calorie intake, somedays I am hungry some days I am not and depending on what I eat at dinner is the content of calories. I eat 4 small portions of food during the work hours or sometimes three then I have a big meal at dinner, or not. I make a lot of meals on the weekends and freeze them for meals through out a two to three week period. My issue still stems from not being able to do a lot of exercise due to injuries. I keep trying though. I am hoping to finish up the gardens this weekend cultivating them for next years growing season, love flowers and have 7 flower beds that need to be weeded and cultivated. I need to find a bike that is comfortable for me to ride. Glad to hear that you made your challenge jubel keep up the good work.
