Another nice weigh in at 248.0 after a short night's sleep (had to work late). Started eating NOTHING after 9pm. That gives me at least 12 straight hours of fasting each night as I usually don't eat breakfast until 9am each day.
247.1 lb Lost so far: 77.9 lb.    Still to go: 42.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
