Day 3
Day 1 didn't end as well as it started. Ended up having some beer and then chinese take-out. Day 2 was better. Started out not great with a full-fledged soda due to my craving for carbination, but lunch consisted of a larger salad and dinner was 2 small tacos with a side of beans.
Today, it's back on track, moving on from recovering from bad food and drink decisions.
I'm hoping for at least a small move down on the scale by this time next week.
