Day 1! I just got the call back from my doctor yesterday and, on top of the high blood pressure, I also now have high cholesterol. No good! So, today starts a new diet and exercise routine and in order for me to keep at it, I need to track it. My first goal is to lower both until I can come off meds. My second/concurrent goal is to lose 46lbs.
