Day 3
Day 1 didn't end as well as it started. Ended up having some beer and then chinese take-out.
Day 2 was better. Started out not great with a full-fledged soda due to my craving for carbination, but lunch consisted of a larger salad and dinner was 2 small tacos with a side of beans.
Today, it's back on track, moving on from recovering from bad food and drink decisions.
I'm hoping for at least a small move down on the scale by this time next week.

Day 1!
I just got the call back from my doctor yesterday and, on top of the high blood pressure, I also now have high cholesterol. No good!
So, today starts a new diet and exercise routine and in order for me to keep at it, I need to track it. My first goal is to lower both until I can come off meds. My second/concurrent goal is to lose 46lbs.
