Oh my goodness dont you just want to scream and throw your scale off the closest 20th floor? Well, I am sorry you are dealing with this but at the same time releived that I am not alone. Just when I think there is a pattern to this madness my body does something completly different. Are you still enjoying the sushi? Think maybe this has something to do with it?

I am stalled also, Amy and this is the first true stall since I started in January. I haven't had a loss in 3 weeks. I am really beginning to get irritated, and my scale is too big to fit through the flippin' window!! Well, the onlything we can do is keep on, keepin' on!

I agree ladies, keep on keeping on...Keli, sushi is only a once in a while indulgence so it's probably water...again, still....who knows LOL. Um, my scale would not fall far since I am on a one-level farm, but I do have a state route out front that can get pretty busy during commute hours-bet no one would notice if I threw the scale out in the middle fo the road!!

from the looks of your food diary, you have the same problem I do, most of your carbs are coming from things other then veggies. I have been working hard to have the veggies without all the carbs added. My coffee and breakfast sometimes take up 1/3 of my daily carbs. Someone suggested making a soup with the veggies which I thought was a good idea, she blended them and drank them cause she couldnt eat the veggies. I could eat them in a soup, maybe with some ground beef or something. My problem is, I dont like veggies much, except raw in saleds and stuff, but then you add dressing. the low carb veggies dont leave me much choice, so I end up adding carbs to eat them. The soup seems like a good way to get them in, without added carbs.
