I have decided to record my measurements monthly, so if the scales don't go down I can stay motivated if the numbers on the tape measure do.

So (currently, after a 5lb weightloss):

Over the bust: 41 inches
Under the bust: 34 inches
Waist: 29.5 inches
Hips: 38.5 inches
Thigh: 24 7/8 inches
Arms: 12.5 inches

When I lose weight, from previous experience it comes off fairly evenly all over, so to get back to how I used to be I need to lose 1.5 inches from all of the above :)

Measuring yourself is great, at moment I think that would upset me, I've gained so much. My Motivation at moment is a trip to Paris on 9th Nov til 11 th, free flights from bank, I so want to be down at least 20 lb. You keep strong and keep exxercising esp when planning a binge Carmel

HI I've read Paul's book " Think yoursel slim" What he says is all pratical but so is healthy eating such as W.Watchers and Rosemary Conely and many others, but its your frame of mind at the time,so Paul's Craving Buster is good, it makes you stop and think.
