Does anyone follow the South Beach Diet?

Which type of excercise WON'T you do at the gym?

I don't know why, but I can't keep my balance. I'm going to have to get over it soon though because I'm almost working out on the leg press' max setting.
I used to not be able to do squats. An instructor told me if you use a fitness ball and put it against the wall at the small of your back and squat (so the ball rolls down with you) it keeps your balance and makes he exercise more effective ... it works!!!!
