I'm lying in bed on a saturday evening and I'm feeling quite positive. These are the reasons why I am positive:
1) I stayed within my calories this week and lost weight 2) I ate a few foods I would have previously classed as 'binge foods' and enjoyed them, then moved on. In the past I would have binged and purged 3) I managed to go out last night and stick to 6 alcoholic drinks all night (instead of 16!! haha) 4) I have exercised 5 times this week and feel amazing for it 5) I am wearing fake tan and it gives the appearance of a leaner body 6) I have a rather sexy fiance ;)
