I forgot to post last night's dinner.
We used the air fryer again and it did not disappoint.
Chicken strips served with a garden salad
Chicken breast, dredged in almond flour, egg, spicy pork rind crumbs
The chicken was incredibly juicy and the coating was nice & crunchy
433 cals, 46 gr Protein, 3 gr carbs (minus the wine which was entered in the 'snack' section.

air fryer is the greatest thing invented. I live air fried tofu. I dip the chunks in diet Asian dressing.
