This was a good week for staying on track. I have yet to add more than my daily exercise. Also, paying attention to fiber content of foods is new for me.

When I first started FS, I was only getting 6-8g Fiber daily. It really takes paying attention. I see you take vitamins! VitaFusion Fiberwell Sugar-free Gummies have 5g Fiber in 2 gummies (2 Net carbs). I like to get my Fiber the really FUN way by eating Atkins Endulge Chocolate-Coconut bars (taste better than a Mounds!) One has 9g Fiber and only 2 Net Carbs. Two carbs for gummies or two carbs for "candy bar"? I'll take the candy bar, please!!! Of course, the BEST way to get in your fiber is through the foods, but that can be really challenging if you're doing Keto and must drastically limit fruits.

I just went in and posted a recipe on the Daily Accountability 2020-#3 challenge Forum for "High-Fiber One-Minute Flax Muffins" that have ELEVEN grams of Fiber and only 1.8 Net Carbs! These are GREAT cut up as pancakes and topped with Walden's Calorie-Free (no net carbs) syrup.
