Had a really positive week in total! Normally on day 5 of my diet is when I fall off the wagon, but it was only at day 6 when I caved and ate 200g of yogurt coated banana chips at 1000 cals!!! But I wanted them and planned them in, so I wouldnt class as a binge!
I planned to go out last night and drink a few vodkas and then have chips on the way home, again I planned for it and didn't binge!
This week after analysing my total fat, carb and protein intake I am focusing on upping my protein intake and lowering my fat intake. I am recalculating my calorie intake and focusing on getting excersize into my daily routine. The less pressure I put on myself, the better I seem to do.
It doesn't matter how long it takes me to get there, as long as I get there in the end! I am proud of me.
