As I get closer to my goal weight,(I am still almost 10 pounds away), I am thinking of droppng it down another 5 pounds. I will see when I get real close if my face and stomach look like I want them too. I am trying to lose my double chin and my belly. I look I drink beer, but in reality I only drink about a total of 6 a year.

Eric, I am doing just that. Setting small goals to hit. It seems like an easier task that way. Maybe I should drink 6 beers a year instead of what I do now... :)

A lot of beer has a lot of calories in it, even the light beer. That commercial where the guy is working off the one he just drank, is realistic and they also have sugars and carbohydrates that I don't need. I started off with a trying for a 15 pound loss and so far I have lost 6.2lbs. That doesn't seem like a lot, but I am very happy with the progress I have made. Weight gain is gradual so real weight loss is gradual too.
