Getting back on track has been HARD!!! I’ve pretty much been inconsistent since a November. Gained and lost the same 30lbs from binging for 2 weeks at a time on carbs and sugar. I literally felt like crap the entire time. Ughhh. But I’m back, hitting the gym hard, drinking my water and minding my macros. Going hard for the next 90 days and will not weigh myself except once a week. Time to get it!!! 💪💪💪
