Well went a little over board with the calories today. I have been so tired lately though, I need some rest. I am so glad I'm only working half the day tomorrow, but then I get to spend the other half cleaning and running errands, oh joy!

I'm trying to be patient with all of this. I know that it's gonna take me at least a year. I just have to stay focused and not have too many more days like today. It's hard being a single mom with two kids and working a full time stressful job all at once. Don't forget soccer practice twice a week (3 times this week) and soccer games every saturday morning for my older son. This is going to be a busy season! I have to learn to prepare dinner ahead of time cause I can't afford to spend all my calories on fast food (my checkbook can't afford it either)

I'm hoping Monday's weigh in will be okay.

If Sunday isn't too busy of a day for you, make it your "cooking" day. Make a few entrees & freeze them for the week ahead. Then come dinner time, all you have to do is heat it up. Sunday seems to be my best cooking day & has been for a few years. I finally get to go grocery shopping tomorrow & will be cooking like a mad woman on crack come Sunday so that I'm on & all over the ball next week! Just remember to take it slow, small changes at a time. It may be a long road, but it's the rest of your life = )
