Person at the gym wanted to do ripped in 50, so started day 1. Will try to get through 50 days this time. Revolving stairs: 278; Day 1: clean & press, 50 push ups & 50 assisted pull ups 205. Used assist 13/ 64 with pull up.
I've added days 1-20 to tasks in Remember the Milk, which loads into my Google tasks.
