UPPER #1 three sets each: bicep curls 12lbs, bench press 15 pounds, rotating triceps kickback 12 pounds, standing V pull-downs 30 pounds : 93 calories. Feeling good, not rushed. Got 5 co-workers to agree to measure and participate in workout. We'll check in with each other to make sure we're on track.
