today is my first day at fatsecret but not my first time dieting. I've tried a lot of diet, but failed in most...basically because i am a massive food lover and impatient as I am, I give up easily when not seeing immediate results. But...for a couple of days, I've been noted for having gained much weight. And frankly speaking, when I look my waist in the mirror, I can clearly see how out of shape it is gradually becoming. I dnt wanna be like little saumon( a very unhealthy girl who eats junk a lot and never does any type of physical activity.) Neither do I want to have a big bum. i must definitely not give up. my goal is to reduce my weight by 10 kg, in the most healthy way. I am doing lots of afterburn exercises. I have stopped overconsuming food. For the time beng, im dead hungry... but I have already taken sufficient carb, protein, calcium and calorie for breakfast. i will eat egg white and french fries for lunch in about an hour or so...

It's taken me a long time to come to the realization that I will forever have to watch what I eat and exercise. So you just have to make a commitment to yourself that you are in this for life, to get healthy and stay that way. Forgive yourself when you mess up and move on. It's going to take time to change your habits. One day at a time. Good luck!
