Feeling GREAT today! Third day on my diet and I have so much more energy! A proud moment today was when I was queueing in WHSmiths for a magazine and I was hovvering at the sweets part and I didn't crave it, but out of habit I wanted it, and I thought "no, because I do not want it!" If I'd have wanted it, I would have had it, but what is the point of wasting your calories when you don't need to! Go me!!
