Today I walked 56 minutes, 2.6 miles!
And it felt good!
When I weighed in this morning, I had only lost a tenth of a pound!
But surprisingly, I'm not at all discouraged, because I KNOW what I'm doing is the right thing for my body! [and I'm just going to keep doing it, NO MATTER WHAT!]
I think I have reached that 'holy grail' of attitude adjustment!
I couldn't be in this place without the help of Diane Petrella! She speaks THE TRUTH!
Things WILL go my way! I HAVE FAITH! [peppered with a lot of DETERMINATION!]
