So ANNOYED! I worked hard all week and the scale does not reflect my efforts. I still don't understand how I can GAIN weight while eating fewer calories and being super active! I'm not going to give up, I just may need to focus more on measurments than the scale. I feel stronger, but not any thinnner yet. Going to try and meet my 5 day per week workout plan this week. Worked out three times last week so two more should be fairly easy. DH will be out of town for the enire month of September so I'm really hoping I can make a significant change in that time.
