Yesterday, at dinner I just didn’t feel well and seemed I couldn’t eat an egg but needed to eat something. So I had a typical keto meal for me, hamburger, mayo with a bit of 1 carb ketchup and 1/2 avocado. I felt much better in the evening, but still not myself. I went to bed and woke up with a cold! So, I’ll try to stay on the egg fast, but I will at least be super low carb today, only eating avocado and maybe green leafy veggies as carbs, and trying to limit dairy. I did that once for many months and I seemed my body liked that. We will see what the day brings. I wanted to do the egg fast just to sort of reset myself. I might decide to do a more beef and butter. I was watching Dr Eric Burg’s you tube videos and his beginners advice was right on. I’m not a beginner to keto, but I did go off ALL summer!
