Aha....Finally back on the diet and making progress. My motivation is my beach vacation. Work is still very stressful but I am able to get through it with the knowledge that I will be leaving on Sept 3 and will not think about the place until I have to return. Also the thought of looking for a new job motivates me. I have to look good in the new suit for interviews. I lost 80 pounds between August 2007 and September 2008. I felt great but watched over half of it creep back since then. This time I need to keep it off. I know where I failed...I quit exercising, lack of sleep and just eating the wrong things. I vow not to do that this time. I am off for a bike ride. I quit riding because it is too darn hot. Haven't rode for over three weeks. Today it is in the high 70's so I am off!
