Thanks Kay. Since I have been traveling back and forth to the San Diego area from Anaheim (75 miles) I have had to eat some less than desirable types of foods, like fast food. I just eat till not hungry and toss the rest. Portion control helps you survive these unexpected eating situations.

Most of the time I log it if I can find something that is even remotely close to what I had. But in my mind I always know pretty much where I am. Sodium is my focus so I just try to keep it under control. I am more concerned with did I eat enough good nutritious foods to help support me when I am dealing with crisis situations. I mentally do not succumb to stress very often, but your body still feels it and needs proper nutrition to help deal with it.
