Did a little grocery shopping at lunch. . .apples, oranges, asparagus, spinach, lettuce, etc. all healthy stuff, than grabbed Wendy's on my way back to work! Damn! I can still have the healthy stuff for supper and stay under my calories, but I already went over my sodium for the day. One meal at a time, one meal at a time.
