Paperback_Suicide's Journal, 26 July 2008

I give up. I'm meant to be fat. I eat fresh good for me foods in moderate quantities, I gave up my car for a bicycle, take a multivitamin, and weight train and nothing.
I haven't lost an ounce. I am fat and unhappy, and despite what everyone seems to be saying, there is nothing I can do about it.
I am so frustrated.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 July 2008:
745 kcal Fat: 36.50g | Prot: 17.00g | Carb: 91.00g.   Breakfast: milk, 2%, lucky charms. Snacks/Other: salt and vinegar chips. more...

Don't give up hope! I thought i was going to stay fat forever..lol, hell, I still am, but I'm working on improving everything.. starting with what I ate. Then it came to finding a workout that was fun, but made me sweat my ass off. One thing I've found that works is making my food intake around 1300-1399 calories a day.. and keep busy throughout the day, making sure I only sit when I need to eat, or take a break.. but not to be a sloth. I workout at least once a day.. 5 times a week. If I'm feeling up to it, I'll workout again in the evening (doing a 10 minute super cardio dance workout thing..). You can do it! Just cut out your refine sugars/potatoes/and breads, and work on getting them back in your life ,one at time. I only eat bread twice a day now.. I eat a fruit once a day too.. but everything else is protein, veggies, and TONS of water. Sometimes, in life, you feel like you have everything stacked against you. You need to find something to motivate you to lose. A bikini (HA< I can't even think about one of those until 90 pounds later).. or a vacation. Mine's my son.. Living for him so I can be around for a long time. Just work on it day to day. You'll do great things! Keep your head up!

I hope you dont' give up, too. If you track all your food online here, it would be easier for others to help you see what you might need to do differently. Good advice from Mommieanya0220, too.
