Bouncing around like a ping pong ball! No worries, still generally in the right direction. Today is snack day at work and I missed breakfast, so wish me luck ... I need to sty the course especially when all the food is right in front of me.

PS: My Bar thingy turned YELLOW (I am colorblind so I think it's yellow, anyway) today!! Yay!
215.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
