I did really well today, and I've been drinking lots of water for my challenge. Tonight at dinner I served myself 2 cups of cooked cabbage and 2 cups of salad, but was only able to eat 1 cup of the cabbage and 1 1/2 cups of the salad before I was FULL! I appreciate this site, because I think this will help me to stay on track and be successful at reaching my goal!!!!
I just found out two days ago that my best friend is getting married June 2011 and I'm going to be the maid of honor. So I started this just in time to lose the weight for her wedding! This is going to be awesome.
