] Well went to my TOPS meeting today I lost but not as much as I was hoping for. I have a balance scales just like the chapter has but even those can't be trusted to be the same. I got it from my doctor FREE can't beat that price. Made my honey mini brownies and did not touch them I am so proud of my will power today. That's it until next time.
