What has helped me? (1) Focusing on one day at a time, progress made... not the lbs left to GOAL. (2) Setting mini-goals of 10lbs losses. (3) Completing the diet and exercise calendar to keep me accountable! (4) Daily exercise - it's worth it, just to see those muscles develop and inches decrease! (5) Joining in the team challenges to help keep that focus.
