10lb a month. I've often thought that something was wrong when I stalled. But I just checked my Weight Calendar, but if I take a 1 month span - at any time through my diet, I always loose almost EXACTLY 10lbs in 30/31 days. It is really weird because some times I've stalled for more than 2 weeks, other times only a week. But, I always manage to lose 10lb.
Maybe the key is looking 'long term' at your weight loss, and not daily.
Bouncing between 184 - 185 for a week now. I tried adding more fat to my diet, and this happens. This is the third time I've tried to increase my calories and fat - only to start gaining. Could it be the heat? Maybe I am not drinking enough water.
On a different note - even though I haven't lost weight since Aug 9 (6 days) my pants are looser, and I notice that my arms don't hang as much as they use to. I've also noticed more 'openess' around my eyes. Watching each of these things are as important as the scale.
