Don't weigh yourself everyday once a month should be sufficient.

Raise it to 1800 and do some resistance training if you aren't already.

You may need a reset. Like D said, slowly up the kcal and workout. Then slowly decrease again. I too weigh daily but I’m in maintenance. I had to weigh weekly when losing weight or I’d go nuts!

Peeperji,
That explains everything that is why I am a nut case maybe I should change my Monica.
Also every now and again I have a urge for nuts(so many calories)!

Try increasing a little, I lose better at 1500 than I do at 1300. Weird, but true. 🌈🌈🌈

every 6 weeks you should eat a few days at maintenance calories and then go back to eating at a deficit.

I would say cut out the junk food - I am having the same problem and once I stopped eating ice cream, I have lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks. Are you weighing your food? Are you drinking 8 glasses of water a day? Get back to basics and see if you are really at 1300 (your calendar says 1342 average). I started weighing myself every day and realized what I really needed to do was follow my plan more exactly and stop guessing about what I was eating and cutting out ice cream and alcohol. I am not 100% on point yet, but I know where I am off my plan.

maybe choose you your calories from whole foods if you are not already.
sure a calorie is a calorie, but a calorie from broccoli does the body much better than a calorie from a donut.

Plateau can last a few months at their longest . Switch things up and play around 😊

If it’s not nutritional, could also be medical problem. Check your thyroid and sexual hormones too.
