Burgers are fine if you use bison and go with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. 💪

I think burgers are fine once in awhile - lots of protein and lots of places will give you a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. Chips, well, if you can eat no more than 8 or 10. I can't do that. I like white types of bread but eat small portions, like 1/2 of an English muffin or half slice of potato bread to make a 1/4 grilled cheese sandwich. But everything else on your list, I agree with for me it's best to avoid!

Even a 90/10 or 93/7 lean 1/4 burger is only 170 cals. Can do a lettuce wrap if you are trying to avoid carbs but a bagel thin for 100 cal is a good option or a 100 cal English muffin toasted. Throw some veggies on there and you’re at about 300 cals! And about 16 Pringles which is another 150 cals! 😉 as they say all in moderation! I Keep a bag of dark chocolate dove bites for when I need chocolate. I believe they are about 60 cal each but I only eat one once in a while. fiber one chocolate chocolate chip brownie bar is another decent alternative for only 70 cals! 😃
